Healthy Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground turkey breast
1/2 cup seasoned, dried breadcrumbs
1/3 cup chopped parsley
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground pepper
1 cup spaghetti sauce
Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except spaghetti.
  • Roll into 20 to 22 meatballs.
  • Place a meatball into each well of a minimuffin tin sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Fill unused wells with water.
  • Bake until lightly browned, about 15 to 18 minutes.
  • Transfer to a large bowl, add spaghetti sauce and toss meatballs.
