Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground turkey breast
1/2 cup seasoned, dried breadcrumbs
1/3 cup chopped parsley
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground pepper
1 cup spaghetti sauce

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except spaghetti.
- Roll into 20 to 22 meatballs.
- Place a meatball into each well of a minimuffin tin sprayed with cooking spray.
- Fill unused wells with water.
- Bake until lightly browned, about 15 to 18 minutes.
- Transfer to a large bowl, add spaghetti sauce and toss meatballs.
