Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Donuts

Dry Ingredients
  1. 1 cup oat flour (I NEVER buy oat flour! Just pulverize oats in your processor!)
  2. ¼ cup granulated sweetener (stevia, coconut sugar, or sugar)
  3. ¼ cup cocoa powder
  4. ½ teaspoon salt
  5. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  6. ½ teaspoon baking soda
Wet Ingredients
  1. 1 egg
  2. 2 tablespoons apple sauce
  3. ⅓ cup greek yogurt
  4. ¼ cup mashed banana
  5. ⅓ cup almond milk
  6. 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  7. 1 teaspoon vanilla
Glaze Ingredients
  1. 3 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
  2. 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Procedure
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately.
  3. Combine dry ingredients into wet, adjusting sweetness to your preference (Remember, it will be LESS sweet after it cooks, so add a tad more to the batter before baking. I let the glaze sweeten these babes up, too!)
  4. Spoon or pipe into donut pan (My batter filled made 8 donuts).
  5. Bake 8-11 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Set aside to cool.
  6. For glaze, melt chocolate in a bowl for 30 seconds at a time in the microwave. Once morsels begin to soften, add peanut butter and continue to melt. Stir until smooth.
  7. Dip cooled donuts in glaze and top with sprinkles of choice!
